Digital Files

Please note, nothing will be shipped when purchasing digital items. All files will be sent via email to the email you provided at checkout and all sales are final!

Shipping

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Shipping fees range from $8 and up depending on weight. To avoid potential delays, we recommend using UPS. USPS is available but currently experiencing long delivery delays. KOJF is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. 

Processing + Standard Shipping = 3-5 Business Days for in stock/ready to ship items unless, stated otherwise in product description. Our product description shipping time frames are the most accurate so please order based on each item's description time frame.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

We stress the importance of a complete address including apartment or suite number. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, there will be a $10.00 additional shipping fee to reship your order. 

Please note that delivery dates are estimated and can be delayed beyond that time. KOJF has no control over shipping delays.
